Panacur Oral Worming Suspension for Dogs and Cats

Panacur Oral Suspension is a ready-to-administer oral anthelmintic for both dogs and cats including unweaned puppies and kittens from two weeks of age. It is highly effective and potent against hookworms, roundworms and tapeworms such as toxocara, toxascaris, anyclostma, trichuris, uncinaria, taenia species and giardia infections in dogs, and lung worm in both cats and dogs. It is equally safe to dispense to pregnant bitches at 25mg/lbs daily for the last 25 days of pregnancy.

Fenbendazole is an active ingredient in Panacur Oral Suspension. Panacur is a broad spectrum in the form of oral suspension for dogs. It is a preventive to cure against gastro-intestinal nematodes and cestodes. This de-wormer is safe for kittens, puppies, and pregnant dogs. It can be given directly or with food. It prevents roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, and tapeworms. Additionally, it is also effective as an ovicidal to kill nematode eggs. Regular treatment should be part of the routine when natural re-infestation with parasitic worms occurs.

The product comes with a plastic measuring cup for easy dose-measuring. 

• An adult dog and cat should be dosed with 1ml per 1kg body weight. This should be mixed with food or should be given after feeding.
• A puppy and kitten should be dosed with 0.5ml per 1kg body weight.
• A pregnant dog should be dosed with 0.5ml per 2kg body weight.

• Check the weight of your pet before you administrate the treatment.
• Keep children and other pets away from the product.
• Keep away from direct sunlight

• While administering this treatment wear impermeable rubber gloves.

Contraindications:

• Weigh your pet to give correct dosage
• Direct contact with the skin should be kept to a minimum
• Do not freeze
