Eraquell Oral Paste for Horses

Eraquell is an effective horse wormer that treats most of the worms and bots. The oral treatment kills all adult and larval stages of various internal parasites including lungworms and bots with a single dose. The palatable paste kills roundworms in the stomach and intestines, large strongyles, small strongyles (adults), hairworms, pinworms, ascarids, intestinal threadworms, large-mouth stomach worms, neck threadworms, lungworms and stomach bots. The white and thick paste comes in syringe for easy administration.

How Eraquell works on Horses?

Eraquell has the similar effect of equimax. The active ingredient – Ivermectin kills various types of internal worms including roundworms and large redworms as well as bots. The ingredient is highly potent than any other worming ingredient. It kills and eliminates small redworms, pinworms, large roundworms, threadworms and hairworms. Safe for horses, Eraquell paste treats up to a bodyweight of 700 kg.

• Weigh your horse for the correct dosage before starting the treatment.
• Ensure there is no food in horse’s mouth.
• The syringe must be positioned between the front and back teeth and the paste must be placed on the base of the horse’s tongue.
• Immediately elevate the head of the horse for a few seconds to ensure deglutition.
• Re-treatment should be done according to the epidemiological situation, but not at less than 30 days interval.

• Avoid contact with skin.
• Do not eat or drink while handling the product.
• Keep away from children and other pets.
• Store it in a cool and dry place.
• Do not use in horses meant for human consumption.
• Wash hands after use.

Contraindications:

• Avoid using in dogs or cats as severe adverse reactions may occur.
• Do not use in cases of known hypersensitivity to the active substance.
