• Combine 5g (one heaped measure) in 5 liters of drinking water.
• Alternatively, moisten 1kg of grain with 10ml Plume-Plus and 5g Speed Plus.
• For shorter races (up to 400kms), administer for two days before basketing.
• For longer races, administer for three days before basketing.
