Frontline Top Spot is a full proof topical treatment for controlling and preventing fleas, American dog ticks, brown dog ticks, lone star ticks, deer ticks, and biting lice in 8 weeks and older puppies and dogs. It kills fleas within 24 hours and remains effective for four continuous weeks. Frontline Spot-on is a waterproof treatment and is safe to use for on breeding, pregnant, and nursing dogs.

Manufactured by Merial, Frontline Top Spot for Dogs is a monthly spot-on treatment for combating fleas, ticks and biting lice. It is an affordable treatment that kills 100% fleas and ticks within 24 hours, and prevents reinfestations by killing newly emerged adult fleas before they lay eggs.

Its active ingredient, Fipronil, has adulticidal properties and kills adult fleas and ticks by paralyzing their nervous system. The fast and active action of the ingredient makes Frontline Top Spot an effective flea and tick treatment for dogs.

To apply, let the pet stand in a comfortable position. Part the fur between the shoulder blades to create a bare skin spot.

Open the pipette carefully and keep it away from your eyes and pet’s eyes. Invert the pipette to place the pipette on the spot. Squeeze out the liquid until the pipette is empty.

Apply at a single spot if the dog is of small or medium size. Apply at 3-4 spots across the backbone if the dog is a large sized dog.

Allow the applied area to be completely dry. Repeat at every month. Consult a veterinarian for further guidance.

Dosage:

• Do not use on species other than dogs.
• If the pet is allergic to any of the ingredients of Frontline Top Spot then do not use it.
• Pet should be washed or bathed after 48 hours of applying the treatment.
• Other pets and children should be kept away from the treated pet until the application spot is completely dry.
• Apply only on undamaged skin.
• Make sure to keep the pipette away from the pet’s eyes or mouth.
• Sterilize hands after treating the pet.
• Keep the packet away from food items and from the reach of children.
• To treat sick and debilitated pets, prior advice from a veterinarian is a must.
• Consult a veterinarian on finding any adverse effects after the treatment.
