Frontline Plus flea & tick spot-on treatment for medium dogs is a remarkable topical solution for dogs. It is a safe spot-on solution that’s easy to apply to your pet’s skin. Not only does it kill fleas and ticks, it stops their eggs from hatching and breaks the rapid lifecycle that causes infestation in your home. It is available in four different pack sizes for convenient use. Frontline Plus blue for medium dogs pack is designed specifically for dogs weighing between 23-44 lbs. It has been formulated with the combination of two active ingredients for dogs eight weeks of age and older.

The combination of two active ingredients - Fipronil and (S)-methoprene, magically work to kill fleas within 12 hours and ticks within 48 hours of application. Fipronil kills adult fleas and ticks, and the other chemical (S)-methoprene breaks flea life cycle by attacking flea eggs and larvae. It is an easy to use topical application that stores in the oil glands of pet's skin and works for 30 days. Unlike other flea treatments, it also helps to reduce the risk of tick-borne disease transmission.

• Weigh dog before treating with a Frontline Plus.
• Make dog stand in a comfortable position to apply the solution.
• On the back of your pet, part the fur between the shoulder blades where the dog cannot lick.
• Remove pipette from the pack and break the seal. Place the tip of the pipette on the located spot without touching hair.
• Squeeze and empty the entire content at the spot.
• Be careful not to touch the area until the application is wet.
• For small and medium dogs, apply at single spot.
• For large dogs, apply at 4-5 spots starting from the place between the shoulder blades and reaching the base of the tail.
• It is suitable for nursing, breeding and pregnant dogs.
• For old, debilitated and pets on other medications, consult a veterinarian.

• Frontline Plus for dogs is strictly not recommended for felines.
• Keep away from children and pets, and other animal feeds.
• Store it in a cool and dry place away from direct flame and heat.
• Consult a vet before treating aged, injured, debilitated dogs and pets that are on medication.
• If swallowed accidently, contact poison control center or your physician immediately.
• Avoid direct contact with eyes. If it enters, wash with running water for few minutes.
• After treating dog, wash hands with soap and water.

Fipronil; (S)Methoprene

A. Frontline Plus contains two strong ingredients. Fipronil – a potent adulticide and (S)-Methoprene – an insect growth regulator. Once the treatment given, the strong ingredient - Fipronil triggers the nerve cells of fleas and ticks resulting into paralysis of these pests. Eventually, these parasites are destroyed. The ingredient (S)-Methoprene inhibits the growth of flea eggs and larvae. Thus, these are eliminated.

Frontline Plus easily spreads through oil glands in your pet’s skin. Slowly, it is distributed continuously for one month to your pet’s hair and skin through hair follicles. It continuously works against fleas and ticks.

A. Frontline Plus is a fast acting formula. It starts killing fleas 4 hours after application. It removes 100% fleas within 24 hours and ticks within 48 hours.

A. Frontline Plus is water resistant. After application, keep your pet from getting wet for 48 hours. If you want to apply after bath, ensure that your pet is completely dry before application. It remains effective for 30 days, even if your pet swims or is bathed.

A. Frontline Plus is a monthly treatment. Therefore, it is not advisable to apply the spot-on within a month. You can re-apply after 30 days.

A. Frontline Plus alone is powerful in treating fleas and ticks. It is better not to use any other topical flea and tick treatment along with Frontline Plus.
