Equimax is a broad spectrum wormer tablet highly recommended for the treatment of nematodes, cestodes, and arthropod infestation. The chewable tablet kills various worms including adult and immature roundworms, lungworms, bots and tapeworms in horses.

How Equimax tablet works on Horses?

Equimax tablets contain two powerful parasitic agents ivermectin and praziquantel. The two ingredients with a unique mode of action hamper the normal functioning of nerve cells, resulting in paralysis and destruction of the parasites. The combined effect kills the various kinds of worms especially tapeworms and bots in horses. This scientific formulation protects horses from any harmful effects of the internal parasites.

• Destroys and controls bot infection in horses
• Suitable to use on horses and ponies 4 weeks of age and older
• Safe for breeding, pregnant and lactating mares

• To be administer orally.
• Determine the body weight before administering the tablet.
• Directly give it as a ‘treat’ or mix it with feed.

Dosage according to bodyweight

• Up to 100 kg - 1 tablet
• 101-200 kg   - 2 tablets
• 201-300 kg   - 3 tablets
• 301-400 kg   - 4 tablets
• 401-500 kg   - 5 tablets
• 501-600 kg   - 6 tablets
• 601-700 kg   - 7 tablets
• 701-800 kg   - 8 tablets

• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store it in a cool and dry place.
• Wash hands after use.
• Do not eat, smoke or drink while handling the product.

Contraindications:

• Do not use in horses intended for human consumption.
• Do not use in other animal species.
• Do not use in foals under 2 weeks of age.
