Drontal is an all wormer tablet specially formulated to treat intestinal worms in cats and kittens. These broad-spectrum tablets can treat tapeworms, hookworms, and roundworms. The tablets are scored for easy administration and can be crumbled and mixed into food too.

Its key ingredients Praziquantel and Pyrantel Embonate work to eliminate intestinal worms. While Pyrantel Embonate eliminates hookworms and ascarids by paralyzing them, Praziquantel works by disintegrating the parasites and removing them from the pet’s immune system. Drontal is a long-lasting treatment as it keeps your cat worm free for two months.

Drontal for Cats is suitable to use for cats weighing more  than 1.5 lbs and over 1 month old.

Dosage Reference:

• For bodyweight 1.5-1.9 lbs - 1/4 tablet
• For bodyweight 2-3 lbs - 1/2 tablet
• For bodyweight 4-8 lbs - 1 tablet
• For bodyweight 9-12 lbs - 1 ½ tablets
• For bodyweight 13-16 lbs - 2 tablets

• Only to be administered orally
• Drontal should not be given to cats under the age of 1 month or weighing less than 1.5lbs
