Credelio for Cats
Credelio for Cats is a tasty beef-flavored chewable tablet that eliminates fleas and ticks. It is a monthly oral treatment that starts working within just four hours and kills fleas (Ctenocephalides felis) and kills them in 12 hours. It also kills ticks within just 24 hours. Credelio is appropriate to use for cats and kittens older than 8 weeks of age that weigh 1.1 lbs or more.
How Credelio for Cats Works?
Credelio’s key ingredient is lotilaner, a member of the isoxazoline family, a novel class of parasiticides that target nerve receptors of ticks and fleas, causing them to die.
When my previous flea medication stopped working on my cats last year my vet suggested Credelio. It is a small pill that I can easily give my cats and it is keeping the fleas away. None of my 6 cats have had stomach upset after being given Credelio. It is a very good product for killing fleas.
My vet suggested this product when fleas were becoming immune to other products. It seems to be working pretty well. Occasionally I will still see a couple of fleas but it has done the job on most of my cats. I had no problems giving this orally. A couple of cats had short episodes of panting after being dosed. Pet Care Supplies got this order to me much quicker than I expected. Their prices are so good & the customer service seems just as good.
I was hesitant to order this product because I normally use Comfortis. I absolutely LOVE this flea control. The pills are small and my cats ate them no problem. This is the second order and the prices are so reasonable and delivery was faster than I anticipated.
