I contacted customer care prior to placing my order to get some information about the Company and this particular product Bravecto since this item requires a vet prescription which this website didn't ask for. I received aquick response explaining the process. I placed the order on June 8th and received the order on June 15th. A remarkable turnaround time. I am extremely happy with the Bravecto as promised. I have already placed an order for another product. I would recommend this Company to everyone.
