Advantage Multi (Advocate) for Small Dogs 3-9 lbs (Green)
Advantage Multi (Advocate) Green Pack is specially designed for small dogs weighing 3–9 lbs. Each easy-to-use pipette contains 0.4 ml of topical solution, providing accurate, weight-specific dosing for smaller breeds. Applied once monthly, this convenient spot-on helps protect your little companion against fleas, heartworm disease, and common intestinal worms, while also treating and controlling mites and lice.
The pre-measured 0.4 ml tube ensures simple and mess-free application directly onto the skin. With regular monthly use, this green pack offers reliable, all-in-one parasite protection tailored specifically to meet the needs of small dogs.
How it helps
Advantage Multi (imidacloprid + moxidectin) starts working fast, stopping reinfesting fleas from biting within 3–5 minutes. It treats and prevents flea infestations (Ctenocephalides spp.) and reduces the risk of Flea Allergy Dermatitis (FAD). By killing flea larvae in the dog’s surroundings, it helps break the flea life cycle. The formula prevents heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis and provides comprehensive protection against larval, immature, and adult stages of roundworms and hookworms, as well as whipworms. It also treats and controls generalized demodicosis, sarcoptic mange, ear mites, and lice. With regular monthly use, moxidectin maintains steady protection between doses.

- Read the label carefully before use and follow all directions.
- Use only the correct weight-specific pack for your dog.
- Safety has not been established for pregnant or lactating dogs.
- Use with caution in sick, debilitated, or underweight dogs.
- Although it may be applied to heartworm-infected dogs, a heartworm test is recommended before starting prevention. Consult your veterinarian for guidance.
- Avoid contact with your dog’s eyes or mouth during application.
- Do not allow children or others to touch the application site until it is completely dry.
- Monitor your dog after application and seek veterinary advice if unusual signs occur.
- Avoid bathing immediately after application. If washing is necessary, use a soap-free shampoo.
- Shampooing 90 minutes after treatment does not affect heartworm prevention.
- Water immersion or shampooing 4 days after treatment does not reduce flea treatment effectiveness; however, weekly shampooing or frequent swimming may reduce flea control duration.
- For ongoing flea prevention, treat all dogs in the same household monthly.
- Temporary hair loss at the application site may occur; hair typically regrows without issue.
- Dispose of used pipettes and foil blisters by wrapping them in paper before placing in household garbage.
